Overcoming the limitations caused by dealership-mediated customer contacts—limitations that prevented the parent company from monitoring sales performance and digital interactions in real time—was the challenge we set out to solve.

After migrating its infrastructures from the Austrian datacenter to Italy, the company chose to move toward SAP S/4HANA, removing unnecessary customisations accumulated over the years and adopting the Ready2HARE Packaged Solution as the project foundation.
This decision enabled REFEL to address—within a structured framework—the complexity inherited from custom developments on ECC 6.0, ensuring business continuity, driving process innovation, and strengthening its international positioning under the leadership of the Turkish SISECAM Group.
AI-powered archive management and new product development for a leading textile manufacturer.
Response times for customer requests were reduced to zero when consulting an archive of more than 90,000 digital files including swatches, fabrics, and decorative patterns. Multi-key search capabilities and full confidentiality were guaranteed. These were the key goals achieved through the introduction of Just looKreate—an AI-powered system built on a highly advanced engine that requires no manual pre-classification.

IT Strategy specialises in compliance consulting and cybersecurity, with advanced competencies to address the latest regulatory requirements.
